Industry veteran to lead product strategy for Array, a Content Engagement Solution for Life Sciences

DENVER, November 19, 2020 – Recent events have upended the life sciences industry’s ability to conduct effective events, programs, and meetings that support medical education, clinical trials, and research. With a shift from in-person to virtual and hybrid settings, meeting planners and stakeholders have had to adapt quickly to find technology solutions that solve life sciences’ specific needs. Educational Measures Array®, a leading content engagement solution for in-person life sciences events, pivoted as well, quickly introducing a virtual and hybrid solution built just for life sciences. The results have been impressive - with over 700 life sciences virtual events and over 115,000 attendees in virtual events since March 2020.

Educational Measures is focused exclusively on the life sciences market. “Since our inception, the vast majority of our customers have been life sciences organizations,” said Marc Crawford, CEO of Educational Measures, “We know these people, their challenges, what they want and need, and we can best serve them by focusing our product development on life sciences exclusively.” To lead this effort, Jeannie Griffin was hired as Vice President of Product Management.

Griffin is an accomplished and top-performing product management leader with 20+ years of experience in life sciences events, meetings, and programs. Previously she served in executive roles at BCD, where she was responsible for the evolution of their meeting products, and Cvent, where she led vision and execution of the product roadmap for the entire platform of technology products. A well-known thought-leader, she’s been published in CFO magazine, MeetingsNet, and Business Travel News, profiled in “Women in Product Management,” and has spoken at GBTA, MPI, Cvent CONNECT, and other industry events.

“I feel for the people planning investigator meetings, CME events, advisory boards, and other life sciences programs. The pandemic has created significant challenges with audience engagement” said Griffin, “I joined Educational Measures because I believe in what Array does to solve these challenges. Our software is designed for life sciences audiences, our people understand and have empathy, and with over 7,500 meetings and 1.5 million audience members, we have an incredible data set that informs the recommendations we make to our clients. I am here to make meetings and events easier, faster, better for our clients, and in the end, have an impact on the health of the communities they serve.”
